About this show

"For never was there a story of more woe, than this of Juliet and her Romeo." Unless, it's New York City, 1978, and Brooklyn native Romeo lives for Saturday nights at the local disco. That is, until he spies Manhattan socialite Juliet. Get ready to do the hustle with the Knightsbridge Theatre's production of Romeo and Juliet (the comedy), in which Juliet is played by company member Scott Dittman, making his debut in drag, and the fights between the feuding families are disco dance-offs to the death. This hilarious homage to 70's pop culture opens Friday, July 9, 2010 for a limited engagement.
