Dan Goggin’s heavenly musical comedy sensation is the second-longest-running off-Broadway show in history. Since its debut, Nunsense has entertained audiences with more than 8,000 productions worldwide and has been translated into 26 languages. The musical follows the crazy antics of five spirited nuns from the Little Sisters of Hoboken Convent. When their cook accidentally serves some tainted soup, poisoning 52 of the sisters, the five surviving nuns band together and put on a show to raise money to cover the burial costs. The sisters take over a production of Grease and perform a riotous revue, filled with showstopping song-and-dance numbers, comic surprises, and more than 25 original songs set to a live orchestra.
