About This Show

The Vista Foundation, in association with Lance Roberts Productions, presents Hollywood’s Heyday!, a musical revue, which is taken to the stage at the Moonlight Amphitheatre for one night only on Saturday, September 27 as the grand finale for the Moonlight Goes Hollywood benefit. Hollywood’s Heyday! is an original production which pays tribute to Hollywood’s golden age of movie musicals. Highlights of the show include such memorable musical numbers as “For Me and My Gal,” “Cheek to Cheek,” “Heat Wave,” “Stormy Weather,” and “Get Happy.” The revue was conceived by Craig A. Meyer, Larry Raben (of “Forever Plaid” fame), and Deborah Shulman, and is directed and choreographed by Craig A. Meyer.

Before the show begins at 7:30 p.m., there is a backstage reception hosted by the Moonlight Angels Auxiliary at 5:00 p.m for VIP ticket holders. The reception features wine, hors d’oeuvres, and gourmet desserts. Patrons are encouraged to take part in both a Chinese and a live auction directly before the performance. One of the widely anticipated items up for bid is a limo package for eight to see a live taping of the popular sit-com “Frasier” in Hollywood.
