About This Show

Set in a contemporary hotel kitchen, Jason is marrying a “trophy bride” and Medea is pissed. The wedding guests celebrate in the opulent hotel ballroom while Medea is in the kitchen plotting her revenge amid the gleaming stainless steel, the hanging pots… and the knives. A multi-racial cast of 15 takes audiences through an emotional retelling of this classic play that stays true to Euripides’ original verse, but in a contemporary setting.
