New York City
Internet websites, negligent nannies and sugar-free kids all come together onstage at the Falcon Theatre in Lori Marshall’s tongue-in-cheek take on HANSEL AND GRETEL. In this new version, a widowed workaholic dad leaves his young twins in care of a tough nanny who would rather run an Internet baby-sitting service than care for the children. When the kids start to misbehave, Tuff-A-Nanny packs them off to boarding school. They quickly escape into the forest only to meet the witch-like Madame Le Chef and her candy covered cottage. JoAnne Worley portrays Tuff-A-Nanny and Madame Le Chef.
