That most romantic of all fairytales, Cinderella, returns to the Main Stage at Santa Monica Playhouse for three weekends only. Voted “Favorite Santa Monica Playhouse Family Theatre Musical Matinee” by Playhouse audience members for the tenth year in a row, Cinderella is brought to colorful life by Actors’ Repertory Theatre, the professional resident acting company at Santa Monica Playhouse, and is written and directed by the acclaimed team of Evelyn Rudie and Chris DeCarlo.

This delightfully original version, which has played to sold out houses on three continents and in more than three dozen cities, comes complete with handsome prince, zany fairy godmother, silly stepsisters, jolly king and a zealously well-meaning stepmother, and features Actors’ Repertory Theatre members Celeste Akiki, Rebecca Coombs, James Cooper, Serena Dolinsky, Cydne Moore, Cammy Truong, and John Waroff as the charmingly befuddled King Osgood Isgood.
