Broadway Sunday Bonus features the work of San Diego-area playwrights and gives patrons the opportunity to meet writers and talk with them about their work. The introductory slate features six short plays by George Soete.
George Soete’s six plays explore the quirks of life with both humor and pathos. For example, Love Spam provides an odd take on internet love, Elixir of Genius reveals a writer’s strange attempt to revive the muse, and in Seventeenth Wednesday a man laments his late father who loved baloney smoothies.
