About This Show

As the singer, guitarist and main songwriter of Australia’s Men At Work, Colin Hay was responsible for penning several of the quirkiest pop hits of the early ’80s. Since he was the group’s main singer songwriter, Hay quickly became the focal point of the band as humorous videos for "Who Can It Be" and "Down Under" pushed the band to the top of the U.S. charts.

Men At Work split up in 1985 leaving Hay to embark on his solo career which debuted in 1987. Today Hay continues to tour and release solo albums as well as pursuing an acting career. He has also toured with Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band.
