The American Poets: Light of Life

Light of Life is the second album for The American Poets’s core members, Jeff & Christine Maldonado. On their first album, Blue, Jeff & Christine performed as an acoustic duo under their former name, The Providence. They built a large following of loyal fans by performing extensively throughout South Florida.

Now, for their follow-up CD, they have broadened their sound by writing and recording a collection of powerfully captivating songs with their new band, The American Poets. The album is comprised of emphatic singer/songwriter, pop-rock songs that celebrate the journey of life. From tribulations to triumphs, each song illuminates the common threads which weave us all together as a people.
