Mother Teresa is Dead

About This Show

After Jane disappears, her husband Mark finds her in India under the roof of British expatriate Frances, and under the sway of Srinivas, the charismatic organizer of a children’s shelter. Jane is pulled between love, duty, and her desire to change the world in this tense drama of excess and idealism. The London Times called Helen Edmundson’s writing "passionate, poetic, muscular." She is the author of The Clearing (produced at City Theatre) and the National Theatre hit Coram Boy.
