Combining music, singing, and dance, the Sonidos Gitanos (Gypsy Flamenco) are internationally renowned performers. In true Gypsy character, Flamencolores! brings audiences the unique art of flamenco. Maria Bermúdez, Artistic Director and lead dancer highlights the most accomplished and sometimes unusual artists this region of Spain has to offer. Bringing together a company of artists who magnificently interpret the traditional Flamenco style of the region, including Palmas (handclapping) – an extremely complex element of both traditional and contemporary Flamenco, Bermúdez fills the stage with a dazzling blend of passion and tradition.
