Leave Kansas behind and step into the Land of Oz at Emerald City Theatre Company’s first-annual OZ Ball. Families, follow the Yellow Brick Road to an evening of dinner, dancing and live performances at this first-ever event. Just click your heels together three times to be transported in mind and spirit to the Land of Oz. Upon arrival, citizens of Emerald City will present children with their very own passport, which they’ll need to gain entry into exotic destinations like Munchkinland and the Haunted Forest. After passing through a maze of delectable food stations, guests will enjoy appearances by Dorothy, Scarecrow, Glinda and all their Oz friends, a short performance by Emerald City Theatre, followed by a spectacular celebration in honor of L. Frank Baum’s 150th birthday.
