Cinderella

This classic magical fairy tale is reborn with a new TUTS-produced modern version that is sure to bring laughter to both children and adults alike. Based closely on the recent 2004 version produced by the New York City Opera at Lincoln Center, TUTS’ Cinderella will put a new twist on the Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II musical with non-traditional casting and modern comedic flare.

Originally written for television, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella marked the musical duo’s first venture into the new medium and created some new classics for their repetoire including “Impossible, It’s Possible,” “Ten Minutes Ago,” and the hit, “Do I Love You Because You’re Beautiful?”
