New York City Ballet Moves

In its first performances at the Detroit Opera House, New York City Ballet Moves presents dynamic works from the company’s vast repertory. Performed by a selection of NYCB dancers, including principals, soloists and members of the corps de ballet, each program features live music played by musicians from the NYCB orchestra. One of the foremost dance companies in the world, NYCB is solely responsible for training its own artists and creating its own works, and was the first ballet institution in the world with two permanent homes.
