Inspecting Carol is the creation of Daniel Sullivan who peeks behind the scenes at a regional theater’s annual production of “A Christmas Carol,” complete with prima donna performers, cast love affairs, tyrannical directors and a surprise visit from a National Endowment for the Arts funding inspector.
