Dinner With Friends (Arlington)

Winner of the 2000 Pulitzer Prize, this comedy/drama is skillfuly constructed and offers keen insight on love and marriage, but not necessarily in that order. Karen and Gabe and Beth and Tom are two married couples who have been best friends for years. As Beth and Tom’s marriage begins to unravel, the other couple begins to examine their own. Going back and forth between time, we learn how important this relationship is-not just to Beth and Tom, but to Karen and Gabe as well. Tarrent County theatre premiere.
