Adapted by Russell Vandenbroucke, Holiday Memories takes two short memories of childhood of Capote, “The Thanksgiving Visitor” and “A Christmas Memory” and fashions a compelling tale of friendship, love, and fruitcake set in southern Alabama in the early 1930s.
