About This Show

John Barton’s Tantalus comprises 10 entirely new plays which trace the events of the Trojan war. Tantalus is a character in Greek myths who was punished by the Gods for stealing their secrets. He was consequently destined to spend all eternity with a rock hanging precariously over his head, to be forever hungry and thirsty, with food and drink in sight, but always – tantalizingly – just out of reach.
One-day marathon performances are offered on November 18, 25, and December 2. Please call for more information regarding this and other performance schedules.
