Wax & Wayne

Local Infinities remounts Wax & Wayne following their participation in the inaugural PAC/edge Performance Festival. This original visual theater piece uses the material of wax to paint the metaphor of the waxing and waning of creative identity. The mystery of the cycle is revealed as two characters trade places, one emerging from a wax shell as the other plunges into a vat of molten wax at 140 degrees Farenheit. Meghan Strell and Larry Underwood return in their roles as Wax and Wayne under the direction of Lookingglass Theater ensemble member John Musial.
