The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

About This Show

Metropolis School of the Performing Arts presents its High School Production: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. An eclectic group of six mid-pubescents vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves! At least the losers get a juice box.

Performances will be held in the Metropolis Theatre – Face masks not required for fully vaccinated individuals. This show is recommended for ages 13+.
