About This Show

This year’s series, “Celebrating the Past, Introducing the Future”, consists of 15 shows presented in rotating repertory fashion over 20 weeks. Pride 2000 is America’s largest gay and lesbian performance festival with plays ranging from Wilde and Shakespeare, to a lesbian opera set in the 19th century, to experimental cutting edge work.
