In Our Flat Earth, The Iconoclasts put the lie to the myth that the Earth is round through vaudeville-style lectures, dramatic recreations, pseudo-scientific experiments and musical numbers (to tender the heart). When the daughter of two naively charming, bigoted, religious fundamentalists comes home talking about “the globe” and other such nonsense, these two cherubs go to work to change the system, one audience at a time! And they won’t let their daughter (who was born under circuitous, if not impossible, circumstances) not showing up ruin their message, even if it does ruin their friendship.
A post-modern satire of the intelligent design movement, Our Flat Earth is an affront to good taste and social morays.
