Good Times: Live on Stage

Good Times: Live on Stage is based on the Norman Lear original television production, and is a theatrical staging of the original broadcast scripts. The original teleplay depicted a slice of American life and deftly infused it with topical comedy. Good Times does not shy away from dealing with the disparity between Black and White America. This is no parody, no musical, no dramatic reinterpretation. Carla Stillwell directs.
