It was supposed to be a quick errand, but now six-year-old, Sara Callahan is missing. The FBI brings in their top investigator, Steve Mercer to wade through the evidence and question those closest to her. As he probes deeper, he unveils a troubled marriage, a Defense attorney willing to sell his soul for success, hidden betrayals and the possibility of a child predator.
