About This Show

Reverie Theatre Company presents William Shakespeare’s play All’s Well That Ends Well, a complex and funny look at how happiness comes from unexpected places. When Helen falls in love with far socially superior Bertram, she decides to buck societal norms and go after him anyway. Winning the right to marry him will prove the easiest part of the battle though; winning his love will take some truly ingenious and Herculean efforts. All’s Well That Ends Well examines the lengths people will go to in order to secure love, and the emotional effects on us – both good and bad – of finding that happiness doesn’t always reside where we think it will. Chris Pomeroy directs.
