A Christmas Carol

An Equity-affiliated, non-profit Chicago organization, Provision Theater presents an original adaptation of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, adapted by Tim Gregory and David Bell, and directed by Gregory. Featuring Brad Armacost as Scrooge, this new version remains true to the authors’ edgier world portrayed in most of his writing. The cantankerous and miserly Ebenezer Scrooge learns the true meaning of Christmas as the ghost of his former partner, Jacob Marley, sends ghosts of Christmas’ past, present and future to show him the error of his ways.
