The Big Easy

Imagine yourself walking the jazz and blues filled streets of New Orleans, absorbing the excitement of Mardi Gras and the smell of jambalaya in the air. The steamy, sultry mood of New Orleans is wonderfully captured in this new piece created by Jill Eathorne Bahr set to the unique sounds only the Big Easy can provide. Along with new choreography, the celebration will include Bahr’s rarely performed interpretation of Tennessee WIlliams’ "A Streetcar Named Desire" in celebration of Tennessee Williams’ 100th birthday year.
