Harbourfront Centre’s du Maurier Theatre Centre presents Teatro Buendía in La Vida en Rosa, based on Carlos Filipe’s Requiem for Yarini and written by Raquel Carrio. In this witty, dramatic cabaret performance, Buendía’s incredibly versatile cast tells the story of an infamous Cuban politician/pimp who was stabbed and killed in a fit of jealousy and rage. This production is presented as part of the du Maurier World Stage Festival.
