Urbanity Dance

Urbanity Dance offers intimate, unconventional performances that challenge and awe audiences. Founded six years ago by director Betsi Graves, Urbanity has become a national force in dance. The company presents four works including the Boston premiere of theyfell by Betsi Graves, using infrared lighting technology designed by artist Jeremy Stewart and music composed by Ryan Edwards. Other works include Photo Box D, choreographed by Houston-based Andy Noble, (r)evolve, choreographed by Keigwin + Company’s Jaclyn Walsh, and the classic Pilobolus quartet, Ocellus.
