Caroline Musica, Cynthia Mork, Benjamin Sears, Davron Monroe, with Bradford Conner and Margaret Ulmer on piano, will serve up a “culinary cabaret” as you enjoy drinks and a three-course dinner, all prepared by Chef Markus Ripperger. Dine to Rodgers & Hart’s Sing for your Supper, Jerome Kern’s Ragtime Restaurant, Lerner & Loewe’s The Night They Invented Champagne and other favorite songs including Be Our Guest and Animal Crackers in My Soup.

Guests may choose from a special menu, including a choice of appetizer, a choice of entree, and dessert. Appetizers range from Heirloom Pumpkin Bisque to Organic Baby Spinach Salade. Entrees include Char-Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Slow Roasted Pork Loin, Herb Crusted Atlantic Salmon and Pear & Thyme Roasted Chicken.
