About This Show

Black Battles with Dogs by Bernard-Marie Koltes explores racial tensions, myths, loneliness, and rage. A black man goes to a construction site in the middle of the West African forest to claim the body of his brother, who mysteriously died while working at the site. The French bourgeois construction workers are uncertain and suspicious at the appearance of the man, and to add to the confusion, the dead body cannot be found. Was the man murdered or did he die accidentally?
