Kody Bringman, Jody Mc Coy, David Traylor, Christopher Zinovitch Set for ArtsWest 2012-2013 Season

Artistic Director Christopher Zinovitch has announced productions and preliminary casting for the 2012-2013 season for the ArtsWest Theatre in Seattle.

The season will begin with Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson (September 19 – October 20), which has a book by Alex Timbers, with music and lyrics by Michael Friedman. The production will be directed by Christopher Zinovitch, with musical direction by Kim Dare.

The cast includes Cindy Bradder (Elizabeth, etc.), Kody Bringman (Andrew Jackson), Justin Carrell (John Calhoun, etc.), EmilyRose Frasca (Female Soloist, etc.), Morgan Gwilym-Tso (Lyncota), Lindsey Hedberg (Female Soloist, etc), Justin Huertas (Male Soloist, John Quincy Adams, etc), Brian Lange (Andrew Senior, Henry Clay, etc.), Alex Lathum (Guitars, etc), Ryan McCabe (James Monroe, etc.), Meg McLynn (Rachel Jackson, etc), Jeff Orton (Black Fox, etc), Mandy Price (Story Teller, etc), Rob Scherzer (Martin Van Burien, etc), Zac Stowell (Drums, etc.) and William Williams (Guitar, etc).

Next in the season is the Seattle premiere of The Winter Wonderettes (November 23 – December 30), with book, music and lyrics by Rodger Bean. The production will be directed by Troy Wageman with musical direction by Kim Dare.

January 2013 will begin with Shirley Valentine by Willy Russell (January 23 – February 16), directed by Christopher Zinovitch.

Next Fall by Geoffrey Nauffts will run March 13 – April 6, 2013. Cindy Bradder directs. The cast includes Christopher Zinovitch (Adam), David Traylor (Luke), Kate Jaeger (Holly), Daniel Stoltenberg (Brandon), Patricia Haines-Ainsworth (Arlene), Paul Custodio (Butch).

33 Variations, by Moises Kauffman, will run May 1 – 25. Christopher Zinovitch directs. The cast includes Jody Mc Coy (Dr. Katherine Brandt), Lindsey Larsen (Clara Brandt), Matthew Gilbert (Ludwig Von Beethoven), Anton Schindler (Mike Spee), James Lyle (Anton Diabelli), Mark Tyler Miller (Mike Clark), and Ruth Mc Ree (Dr. Gertrude Ladenburger).
