Ebersole, Stritch et al. Set for A.C.T.’s Illuminate the Night Gala

Christine Ebersole and Billy Stritch will headline American Conservatory Theater’s 2007-2008 season gala, Illuminate the Night: A Spotlight on Our Shining Stars at San Francisco’s Four Seasons Hotel, April 6.

The evening’s events will also include a performance by Young Conservatory and M.F.A. students, created and directed by John Carrafa. Proceeds from the event will benefit A.C.T.’s conservatory.

Ebersole’s Broadway credits include Grey Gardens, Steel Magnolias, Dinner at Eight, 42nd Street, Getting Away With Murder, and many others. Stritch is an award-winning composer, arranger, vocalist, and jazz pianist whose Broadway credits include Something Good, 42nd Street, and Minnelli on Minnelli.
