Adam Poss, Remi Sandri to Star in Rajiv Joseph’s The North Pool

Adam Poss and Remi Sandri will star in the world premiere of Rajiv Joseph’s The North Pool, to be presented by TheatreWorks at the Lucie Stern Theatre in Palo Alto, March 9-April 3, with an opening on March 12. Giovanna Sardelli will direct.

In this cat-and-mouse thriller, a Middle Eastern high school student is under constant scrutiny by his vice principal, but secrets haunt them both at Sheffield High, tucked in hidden lockers and concealed on high-tech phones, waiting to spill out.

Joseph was a Pulitzer Prize finalist for his play Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo, which will play Broadway later this season. He is also currently represented in New York by an Off-Broadway production of his Gruesome Playground Injuries. Additional plays include All This Intimacy, Animals Out of Paper, The Leopard and the Fox, and Huck & Holden.
