And Then There Were None, by Agatha Christie, starts tonight at the Walnut Street Theatre. Based on the bestselling novel, it is the story of 10 strangers who are lured to a remote island by a mysterious host. The guise of a relaxing weekend vacation quickly falls away when there is a mysterious death. The host then accuses each member of the party of getting away with a past murder. Trapped on the island, the guests begin to confide in one another; however, the murders continue. As the number of guests dwindle the remaining members of the group race to discover the killer among them.

Directed by Charles Abbott, the show features Sharon Alexander as Mrs. Rogers, Jessica Bedford as Vera Claythorne, Damon Bonetti as Philip Lombard, Laurent Giroux as William Blore, John-Charles Kelly as Rogers, Paul L. Nolan as Dr. Armstrong, Wendy Scharfman as Emily Brent, Peter Schmitz as General MacKenzie, Harry Smith as Fred Narracott and Anthony Marston, and Greg Wood as Sir Lawrence Wargrave.

The creative team includes Kendall Smith (light and projection design), Julia Poiesz (costume design), Andrew Thompson (set design), Christopher Colucci (sound design), and Dan Roach (video design).

Performances will run through April 26.
