Walnut Street Announces Cast and Creative Team for Berenstain Bears’ Family Matters

Walnut Street Theatre has announced the cast and creative team for the world premiere of Berenstain Bears’ Family Matters, March 21-April 4, with direction by Meghan Heimbecker and musical direction by Gina Giachero.

Michael Borton’s musical is based on three classic Berenstain stories, The Berenstain Bears Learn About Strangers, The Berenstain Bears And Too Much Junk Food, and The Berenstain Bears’ Trouble At School. The cast will feature Jenna Angeloni (Sister Bear), Erin Frederick (Mama Bear), John Greenbaum (Gramps), Jesimiel Jenkins (Papa Bear), Mariel Rosati (Gran), and Tim Vetere (Brother Bear).

The creative team will include J. Dominis Chacon (lighting design), Robert Kramer (scenic design), and Julia Poiez (costume design).
