Rufus and Martha Wainwright Set for Valentine’s Day Show at Kimmel Center

Rufus Wainwright and younger sister Martha Wainwright will present Rufus Wainwright with Special Guest Martha Wainwright, February 14, in Verizon Hall at Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center.

Martha will open the show with songs from her new album I Know You’re Married But I’ve Got Feelings Too (2008), and Rufus will perform a solo piano set, featuring works from his most recent album, Release the Stars (2007).

Rufus has been performing since the age of 13, and has toured extensively both as a solo artist as well as alongside Tori Amos, Sting and Guster.
