Ludwig Live! to Play Philadelphia’s Kimmel Center
Nancy Holson’s popular show, Ludwig Live!, will run at Philadelphia’s Kimmel Centers for the Arts, January 12-29.
The show, which will feature Charles Lindberg as Beethoven and Katherin Pecevic as a variety of characters, is an irreverent song-filled cabaret about the life and work of composer Ludwig von Beethoven.
Among the pieces that will be featured in the production are “Moonlight Sonata,” “Für Elise,” and “Ninth Symphony,” as well as songs by Johann Strauss, Joseph Haydn, John Philip Sousa, and Barry Manilow.
