Alexandra Rush, Maya Tepler, et al. Set for Girls Night: The Musical at Kimmel Center

Alexandra Rush, Maya Tepler, Angela Sytko, Regina Ann Duke, and Wilma Cespedes-Rivera will star in the previously announced Philadelphia premiere of Louise Roche’s Girls Night: The Musical, to play the Kimmel Center, April 20-May 23. Jack Randle directs.

The show centers on a group of women who get together for a pre-engagement party for the daughter of one of their friends. As they celebrate, they perform such pop anthems as “Girls Just Want to Have Fun,” “I Will Survive,” “We Are Family,” and “Lady Marmalade.”

Girl’s Night: The Musical debuted in the U.K. in 2003. It opened in the U.S. in 2007 and has toured ever since.
