True stories of those forced into hiding during the Holocaust are the focus of the new immersive production The Hidden Ones, presented by Royal Family Productions. Created by Anthony Logan Cole and choreographed by Lorna Ventura, performances will run at a secret location in the theater district from February 7-April 1 with an official February 16 opening.

The show is described as follows: "Inspired by actual stories, The Hidden Ones is an intimate and personal experience surrounding those forced into hiding during the Holocaust. Ten audience members will traverse the secret world of the hidden, experiencing true stories of love, humanity, and loss."

"This piece was born out at a study of one family’s story," said creator Anthony Logan Cole. "The more I researched, the more I read, and the more I learned my own family’s stories, I realized that there were so many stories that needed to be shared. The idea of hearing these stories one-on-one really spoke to me. Ten audience members sharing this experience together felt like the best way to honor these lives. From start to finish the audience is fully immersed in the history and the truth of these families. It’s intimate, it’s raw, it’s honest, and I hope that it resonates. We are seeing unfortunate parallels in today’s world. We need to be sure that these stories are never forgotten."
