Production photos have been released of David Hyde Pierce in Playwrights Horizons' currently running world premiere of Adam Bock's A Life, directed by Anne Kauffman. The production is set to open October 24 and run through November 27.

Tony and Emmy winner David Hyde Pierce heads the cast as Nate Martin, a man who turns to the stars after his most recent breakup casts him into a funk. Poring over astrological charts, he obsessively questions his past and his place in the cosmos. Joining him in the ensemble are Marinda Anderson, Brad Heberlee, Nedra McClyde, and Lynne McCollough.

The production's creative team features scenic design by Laura Jellinek, costume design by Jessica Pabst, lighting design by Matt Frey, and sound design by Mikhail Fiksel. The production stage manager will be Erin Gioia Albrecht.
