The Obie Award-winning company The Civilians will launch its global open-source performance project, Occupy Your Mind, with a free night of performances based on interviews from the Occupy Movement, to be held at Judson Church on Thursday, April 26 at 8pm.

The Civilians began collecting, transcribing and performing stories from the Occupy Movement in September of 2011. In January of 2012, the company put out a global call for others to join the project.

Occupy Your Mind, which has so far received transcripts from Occupy New Haven to Occupy Oakland, features verbatim interviews from people involved in the Occupy Movement. All scripts received are free and downloadable, donated to the on-line creative commons.
