The 2012 Theatre Museum Awards Gala Celebration was held at the Players Club on Monday, April 30.
Stagedoor Manor received the Award for Excellence in Arts Education, presented by Richard Maltby, Jr. to Konnie Kittrell, Stagedoor Manor’s Production Director. Don B. Wilmeth received the award for Theatre History Preservation, presented by Laurence Maslon. Theatre Communications Group received the Distinguished Service to the Theatre presented by Tina Howe. Frederick O. Olsson accepted the Career Achievement in Theatre award from James J. Claffey, Jr.
Marni Raab, Jeff Blumenkrantz, Noah Silverman, Katherine Doherty, Nick Christopher, Grace Eberle, Derek Speedy, Julia Murney, and Etai BenShlomo were among the Stagedoor Manor talents who performed.
John Bolton served as Master of Ceremonies, with attendees including Teresa Eyring, Kimberly Grigsby, Stewart Lane, Lawrence Lesher, Jenn Walton, Tony Walton, and Georgia Warner.
