Roundabout Theatre Company has announced full casting for its Broadway revival of Mary Chase’s Harvey, to play Studio 54. Scott Ellis will direct the production, being produced in association with Don Gregory. It will begin previews on May 18, with an opening set for June 14.

The play, which won the Pulitzer Prize for drama in 1944, centers on the charming and kind Elwood P. Dowd, who has only one character flaw: an unwavering friendship with a 6-foot-tall, invisible white rabbit named Harvey.

As previously reported, the production will star Jim Parsons (Elwood P. Dowd), Jessica Hecht (Veta Louise Simmons), and Charles Kimbrough (William R. Chumley, M.D.).

Newly announced cast members include Larry Bryggman (Judge Omar Gaffney), Carol Kane (Betty Chumley), Peter Benson (E.J. Lofgren), Tracee Chimo (Myrtle Mae Simmons), Holley Fain (Ruth Kelly, R.N.), Angela Paton (Mrs. Ethel Chauvenet), Rich Sommer (Duane Wilson), and Morgan Spector (Lyman Sanderson, M.D.)

The design team will include David Rockwell (sets), Jane Greenwood (costumes), Kenneth Posner (lights), and Obadiah Eaves (sound).
