The international sensation Fuerza Bruta will make its Asian premiere at Taipei 101, in Taiwan, beginning December 15.

Fuerza Bruta — which translates as “Brute Force” — is created by Diqui James, Gaby Kerpel, Alejandro Garcia, and Fabio Daquila, all of whom worked on De La Guarda. The show focuses on movement; it includes a man running full throttle on a giant treadmill, bursting through a series of moving walls; tumbling performers suspended in mid-air; and women twisting ethereally in a clear pool suspended overhead.

The show currently has an Off-Broadway sit-down production at the Daryl Roth Theatre in New York, as well as a touring company that has played major cities worldwide including Buenos Aires, Lisbon, London, Cordoba, Bogota, Edinburgh, Berlin, Mexico, Rosario, Miami, and Sao Paulo.
