Ensemble Studio Theatre has announced the 10 plays that will be presented as part of Marathon 2003, its 26th annual festival of new one-acts. The plays will be divided up into two separate series of five each, with each series running for three weeks.
The plays in the first series, to be presented May 11-29, are as follows: Of Two Minds by Billy Aronson, directed by Jame Richards; The Honeymakers by Deborah Grimberg, directed by Tom Rowan; Coda by Romulus Linney, directed by Julie Boyd; A Blooming of Ivy by Garry Williams, directed by Richmond Hoxie; and Memento Mori by Susan Kim, directed by Abigail Zealey Bess.
The second series will run June 1-21 and will include Woman At A Threshold, Beckoning by John Guare, directed by Will Pomerantz; Washed Up On The Potomac by Lynn Rosen, directed by Eileen Myers; The Changing of the Guard by Amy Staats, directed by Mark Roberts; Water Music by Tina Howe, directed by Pam Mackinnon; and Hi There, Mr. Machine by Leslie Ayvazian.
