In celebration of International Women’s Day, Golden Thread Productions will present “What Do the Women Say?” a conversation with four Middle Eastern women performers March 8 at 8pm at La Pena Cultural Center in Berkeley.
Denmo Ibrahim, Jennifer Jajeh, Rohina Malik and Maryam Rostami will perform exerpts from their recent work and discuss its impact, as well as the creative process. Golden Thread artistic associate Haleh Hatami will moderate the evening.
