Avenue Q, the new musical take-off on the classic children’s television show Sesame Street, will resume performances on Friday, March 14 at 8pm.
The Vineyard Theatre production had to cancel previews yesterday and today due to a death in the family of one of the cast members. According to a spokesman, the show will officially open as scheduled on March 19.
Avenue Q has a book by Jeff Whitty, with music and lyrics by S. Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx. The production is directed by Jason Moore.
