Actors Co-op is set to open the 2009-2010 season with a production of Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, September 25-November 1. Richard Israel will direct.
Based on Mark Twain’s novel, this Tony Award winning Roger Miller-William Hauptman musical follows Huck Finn on his journey down the Mississippi. The cast will feature Desean Anderson, Bryce Blue, Curt Bonnem, Brian Byers, James Fowler, Bruce Green, Pamela Hamill, Anna Hulsey, Joshua Kuehl, Miles Jeffries, Sean Hankinson, Kellen Law, Rory Patterson, Liz Randall, Stephen Reynolds, Tracy Ray Reynolds, Cari Satre, Kyle Shepard, and Landen Starkman.
The creative team will include Vicki Conrad Dlugolecki (costume design), Stephen Gifford (set design), Julie Hall (choreographer), Lisa D. Katz (lighting design), Linda Kerns (musical direction), and Rebecca Kessin (sound design).
