Gordon Edelstein’s production of Tennessee Williams’ classic drama The Glass Menagerie, starring Judith Ivey as Amanda Wingfield, and Patch Darragh and Keira Keeley as her children, Tom and Laura, will play the Roundabout’s Laura Pels Theatre for a limited engagement beginning on March 4, with an official opening on March 24.

The show recently played the Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven, Connecticut. The role of The Gentlemen Caller, played at Long Wharf by Josh Charles, has not been cast.

Ivey, a two-time Tony Award winner for Steaming and Hurlyburly, is currently directing the musical Vanities at Second Stage Theater. In October, she will play advice columnist Ann Landers in The Lady With All the Answers at the Cherry Lane Theatre. She also starred on the TV series Designing Women.
